HeartForce is looking for energetic and focused Regional Sales Manager in several areas around the country to manage a small group of Account Managers and drive specifications, develop long-term profitable relationships and implement sales initiatives.

Responsibilities:
Manage a small group of Account Managers in addition to a key account package.
Drive performance of assigned Account Managers to sales goals.
Provide support, leadership and guidance to the Account Managers on execution of account plans and sales objectives.
Responsible for the development of the Account Managers’ technical and commercial skills.
Accountable as primary escalation resource for the Account Managers to Customer Care, Supply Chain, Marketing, etc.
Maintain relationships with top customers and local channel partners.
Understand the balance of top line sales and profitability. Utilize market knowledge to help make business decisions.
Recruit, develop and retain high performing Sales team consisting of Strategic Account Managers. Evaluate strengths and development needs for the team and provide learning opportunities that enable employees to realize their potential.
Complete full cycle performance management.
Establish a sales plan that will meet or exceed organizational goals and objectives.
Provide direction and guidance on pricing and operational considerations.
Required to travel with Account Managers for the purpose of developing and monitoring sales performance.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Technology, Sales or similar field or sufficient experience that contributes to the role.
A minimum of 5-7 years in a sales capacity in Technical Sales
Travel: 80% in the field
Other Requirements: A deemed Export License may be required

You man our office in San Antonio and are responsible for administrative tasks, phone duty and keeping the office operational.
Main duties:
- travel organization for sales team and General Management
- Managing expenses
- Writing general correspondence and creating newsletters
- Assist with organizing conferences and trade shows
